Lord, you brought us together.
Though we are many, you unite us as one.
You gave us great teachers to lead us.
You gave us your Word to teach us.
While our paths have been different; it is all to your plan.
Your signs are not always obvious, yet we can see them everywhere.
These signs show us your plans for us. Give us the strength to follow you.
Grant us the vision to see your signs.
Give us the wisdom to rechognize how we are you united in you now and forever more.
We Are your Disciples
You call us to be your disciples.
We are your chosen, Lord.
You want us to spread your saving word.
The gifts you give to us are many.
You give us eternal love, saving grace, and the Holy Spirit.
In exchange, you simply ask us to spread your faith.
Give us the strength to be your disciples.
We want you to count us among your faithful.
Renew us, Lord, as you make us your disciples now and forever.
A Personal Thank You
Thanks to you who came before me.
You learned lessons that you have imparted to me.
You shared with me your stories, your thoughts and your experiences.
You told me your joys and you detailed your sorrows.
You gave me new perspectives to see not just your life but my own.
Thank you for helping me to complete one journey,
As I am ready to start my new one renewed in the Lord.
Thank you for putting me on the proper path.
You Care For Us
It is in the sun that shines.
It is the rainbows that show us your covenant.
The smile of a strange is a sign from you.
The animals, the plants, the rain and the word are gifts from you to us.
The moon and the stars light our path to you.
The joy of a new day gives us hope in our journey.
You send people to console us for what we have lost.
Your loving care is everywhere.
Heavenly Father, thank you for the wonderful gifts you have given us in the past,
give to us today, and will give us forever.
My Journey With You
Lord, you are with me wherever I go.
You go with me into the darkest places.
You lead me back to the light.
You carry me when I can no longer make the journey myself.
Your guidance gives me hope that I will always remain on the right path.
Walk with me all the days of my life.
Open My Eyes
I nearly drowned, but you rescued me.
I lost my way, but you guided me home.
I knew nothing how about important my life was.
That was when you touched me, Lord.
You opened my eyes and made me aware.
I learned how much life meant.
I learned how much I needed you.
Thank you, Lord, for opening my eyes.
I Need Your Mercy
Lord, I have sinned.
Born and raised, I sinned repeatedly.
Forgive me for waht I have done.
You know what I have done, yet you walke by my side.
Lord, I am not worthy of you, but if you cleanse me,
I can be with to walk with you once more.
Lord, grant me your mercy so I may join with you again.
Gather Us In Your Arms
Gather us, O Lord, and make us a community.
Bring us together to unite as one.
Teach us how to come together as you gather us in your arms.
Let us become a family, with you as our Father,
you Guide, and our Teacher.
Unite us as a community and teach us to spread your Word.
Save Your Lost Sheep
Lord, you are the Shepherd.
Find me, your lost sheep, and guide me back to you.
Lead me back to the path to you whenever I stray.
Know where I go when temptaion sends me on the wrong path.
Lead me to your healing waters, and give to me the body,
And blood of Christ to renew me in fiath to you and help me rejoin your flock.

Embraced the Lord your God, relase yourself into his guiding hand.

Put your arms aroudn your loved ones and never let them go.

God's Creation in Me
You took me from the depths.
You build something inside of me.
You guided me with a shooting star.
You showed me your beauty in a waterfall.
When I had questions, you gave me answers when I least expected them.
Create in me, O Lord, a fight as strong as the faith you have in me.
Thank you, Lord, for all that you have given me.
